WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT COVID-19

To slow the transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Governor Newsom issued a state wide order for all individuals living in the county to stay home, except for essential activities. The legal order is effective at 11:59 p.m. on March 19, 2020. For most people, this means they are required to remain home and only leave for necessary activities like getting food and/or supplies.

EXECUTIVE ORDER N-33-20

WHEREAS on March 4, 2020, I proclaimed a State of Emergency to exist in California as a result of the threat of COVID-19; and

WHEREAS in a short period of time, COVID-19 has rapidly spread throughout California, necessitating updated and more stringent guidance from federal, state, and local public health officials; and

WHEREAS for the preservation of public health and safety throughout the entire State of California, I find it necessary for all Californians to heed the State public health directives from the Department of Public Health.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GAVIN NEWSOM, Governor of the State of California, in accordance with the authority vested in me by the State Constitution and statutes of the State of California, and in particular, Government Code sections 8567, 8627, and 8665 do hereby issue the following Order to become effective immediately:

Linda O’Donnell – Finance and Human Resource Manager spoke with the County of Orange 3-20-20 at approximately 8:03 am.

County of Orange said Victory Foam, Inc. is able to be open at this time.

Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-33-20, Healthcare and Defense are two of the 16 critical infrastructure sectors. Victory Foam, Inc. produces products for 2 customers that have National Defense contracts, and 3 to 4 customers that provide packaging for respirators and mask.

Employees and temporary employees see Linda O’Donnell for a letter to show proof that you work for Victory Foam, Inc. and are allowed to work during the Coronavirus shutdown.

Victory Foam, Inc. needs to be open and available for our customers that provide critical care products and services.

Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-33-20, Healthcare and Defense are two of the 16 critical infrastructure sectors. Victory Foam, Inc. has customers that have National Defense contracts and need our product to fulfill their needs. Victory Foam, Inc. has customers that are providing packaging for Respirators and providing attachments for Mask needed during the Coronavirus Epidemic.

Employees should do their best to abide by curfews that are in place.

Our Employees play a vital role in the operation of Victory Foam, Inc. Your safety and wellbeing are very important to Victory Foam. Inc. Please do not come to work if you are sick. If you come to work sick, we will send you home and you will not be able to come back until you have a Doctor’s release to ensure the safety and wellbeing of ALL employees.
