WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT COVID-19

On June 17, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board voted to adopt the revised COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards, Governor Gavin Newsom signed an executive order to allow the revisions to immediately take effect. The revised regulations reflect the state’s latest COVID-19 public health guidance. The updates include changes to face coverings and physical distancing requirements. Fully vaccinated Californians won’t have to wear masks or practice social distancing at their workplaces, under the new COVID workplace safety rule.

County of Orange said Victory Foam, Inc. is able to be open at this time.

Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-33-20, Healthcare and Defense are two of the 16 critical infrastructure sectors. Victory Foam, Inc. produces products for 2 customers that have National Defense contracts, and 3 to 4 customers that provide packaging for respirators and mask.
