WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT COVID-19

To slow the transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Governor Newsom issued a state wide order for all individuals living in the county to stay home, except for essential activities. The legal order is effective at 11:59 p.m. on March 19, 2020. For most people, this means they are required to remain home and only leave for necessary activities like getting food and/or supplies.

Linda O’Donnell – Finance and Human Resource Manager spoke with the County of Orange 3-20-20 at approximately 8:03 am.

County of Orange said Victory Foam, Inc. is able to be open at this time.

Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-33-20, Healthcare and Defense are two of the 16 critical infrastructure sectors. Victory Foam, Inc. produces products for 2 customers that have National Defense contracts, and 3 to 4 customers that provide packaging for respirators and mask.

Victory Foam, Inc. needs to be open and available for our customers that provide critical care products and services.
