WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT COVID-19

The Cal/OSHA Standards Board just voted to “re-adopt” the COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) for a second time – but this latest move introduces some significant changes for California employers, including a return of COVID-19 testing, social distancing rules, and face covering requirements for fully vaccinated employees in certain circumstances. The December 16 vote means the new ETS will be in effect from January 14, 2022 through the middle of April.

County of Orange said Victory Foam, Inc. is able to be open at this time.

Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-33-20, Healthcare and Defense are two of the 16 critical infrastructure sectors. Victory Foam, Inc. produces products for 2 customers that have National Defense contracts, and 3 to 4 customers that provide packaging for respirators and mask.
