COVID-19 Updates
County of Orange said Victory Foam, Inc. is able to be open at this time. Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-33-20, Healthcare and Defense are two of the 16 critical infrastructure sectors. Victory Foam, Inc. produces products for 2 customers that have National Defense contracts, and 3 to 4 customers that provide packaging for respirators and mask.
